FANTASYSHIP - transactions

In political news today, j+k have dealt the "evil pagan sinners" of rangers to daniel for the self-proclaimed "holy men" of celtic.

in a short statement today, Pope Benedict XVI said: "Go on lads... let's twat those bloody bastards!" Apparently, he didn't hear the question.

in a related note, the twice-yearly Old Firm derby between Celtic and Rangers happens on 20 October if you're interested in a viewing with us. Here's a preview (from last years game):

Old Firm Riot

in other news:
------------------------
daniel has dropped reading and added udinese
j+n have dropped real zaragoza and added napoli
johnny has dropped ronaldinho and added emmanuel adebayor or arsenal.

Dammit! I'll be in New York on my first self-fueled business trip! I am depressed to miss watching that with you guys. You gotta love violent rivalries like that. I think I'm for Rangers...... go Beasley and go Protestants (right?) !!!

Rangers sure look italian...

Bastards

You WISH anything Scottish looked Italian.....then maybe they would actually win Champions League finals and World Cups!

Lest we forget Celtic went down to the MLS all-stars. Thats gonna leave a mark.......

Fenerbahce Wanker-

What two clubs just knocked off Lyon and AC Milan? And it is not even up for debate that the Champs League is all that Milan play for.

The Scottish Premier League has sure shown better than the best of the Portuguese or French...

As for your club, failure awaits.

Falling to the MLS All-Stars? Chelsea has. And ANY team in Europe would.

Agreed, the MLS all star game is irrelivant and I agree the The Scottish Premier League has indeed shown better than the best of the Portuguese or French...

Go Rangers!

Let us not forget that Marseille beat Liverpool AT Anfield which is an incredible feat, and it wasn't too long ago that Lyon made it to the quarters of the champions league........ oh and Porto won the Champs league in 2001.

When was the last time any SPL team won the Champs league? Just wondering......

Josh-

Spirited debate. But as usual you have no idea what you are saying. Marseille over Liverpool in a 1-0 typical Benitez fest yawner, or Rangers in a dominating show against the top of the French table?

1-0 upsets are excusable, expected and should therefore become irrelevant in all discussions pertaining to quality.

I think you have a crush on Jose Mourinho for his accomplishments at Porto 6 years ago...
