Oh yeah!

I am ready to step up and swear my allegiance to the greatest club in the world! I had an epiphany today that Inter is a team of destiny, and that Josh is a deceiver and a liar. This whole "inner conflict" or "dark night of the soul" that our friend is experiencing is nothing more than a farce to hide his full emotions for Quiverpool. And now he is one to be exposed for the fan he is!

He probably doesn't even like Inter, and to test this theory I will be a champion supporter for the greatest club in the world in their match against the thieves and liars of britain! I'm calling you out Barrett.

I can't believe the blatant hypocricy being flung in everyones face right now. How could you even DARE pledge allegance to the ultimate team of all time and then accuse me of not having true fandom????

I am earning yet another chevron for my 3rd year as an Inter fan...... I was there when Adriano was good, when Recoba was rattling the MINDS of supporters, when Ultras hucked flares at Dida's head, when Martins was racing past ibra while he was at Juve. Where were you my friend? Probably rooting for England (even if they weren't playing) and wearing a celtic beanie.

I am sad that I must root against the Reds..... but I have allegiance towards the black and blue.**** We will win the treble **** I've marked that last sentence with multiple asteriks so that one may reference it at the end of the season.

Forza Inter

Did you rehearse those lines Jefe?

Ultimately, my point is that many people do things that would clearly show that they are something, when in fact they are something completely different...

I will make Inter my auxilary rooting interest. They are the most admirable side to take interest in in Italy. But if and when the mighty Inter match up with righteousness, I will not be caught with my pants down. And you can bet that I will be talking smack and you will feel much shame at your divided heart.

Mr. B-wad....... I just want you to know it's O.K. for you to be an Inter fan! I think what is happening here, and you seem to allude to it in your last comment, is that you truly think Inter is a team worth rooting for. So if that's the case, you should become a fan! Sure, smack talk won't be quite as fun with out both of us being at odds with each other, but I'm sure we can smack talk about something else (like the fact that I think Liverpool rules, and you hate them).

There is no hypocricy in being an Inter fan AND a Liverpool fan. Why you ask? Because both teams are righteous and good. Unlike AC Milan, Chelsea, Everton, Juventus, Man U, Valencia, etc. All of those teams are the devil. Think of it like World War II. There is an Axis Side (all the teams I just named) and the Allies: Inter, Liverpool, Barcelona, Saprissa (COS), etc.

So I guess that may be a dillema for you my friend. If you are an Inter fan, then you kind of have to be O.K. with Liverpool...... they are both Allies. If you need a comparison for Celtic....... they would be kind of like Haiti...... nothing really to do with anyone else, just trying to blow themselves up.

But the USA and the USSR were "friends" for 4 years only to be enemies for the next 44. And Liverpool is like the USSR, evil and always up to no good.

I love the USA, and my heritage teaches me to have an interest for Ireland and England. But if England and the US were to meet? I would not be the guy in the azzuri jersey with a USA flag baby-pinned to the back. No, that would be you.

Wrong. That was Johnny. I don't condone it.... if the US and England came up against each other then I would root for the U.S.A. And when Liverpool and Inter come against each other, I will be wearing black and blue only.

You can't get me to fail in allegiance. Sorry. Now take off that Celtic beanie and start rooting for teams that actually matter!

Then I would be a typical conformist and make my selection from the following:

Chelsea
Liverpool
Arsenal
Man U
Barcelona
Sevilla
Real Madrid
Valencia
Inter
AC Milan
Roma
Juventes
Bayern Munich***

I am not a conformist, but you are a communist.

Think about it this way: if you and nick squared off against each other in the athletic arena, you would talk smack and play like he was your worst enemy. Only after the game would you head to the bar to order daiquiris together.

Stop with all this PE class comrodory, stop being the first out in dodgeball, put away your Magic cards and your pogs, and show that you actually care who wins.
